ActorOS · Child safety report
Report a child-safety concern
Please do not attach, upload or forward the material you are reporting. This form deliberately accepts no files. Tell us where the content or conversation is and we will retrieve it from our own systems. Transmitting suspected child sexual abuse material — including in order to report it — may itself be an offence under Indian law.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police first. ActorOS is not an emergency service and cannot dispatch help. You can report to us as well, and we would like you to, but not instead.
1. What happens to this report
- It is placed ahead of every other queue and is assessed by a person, not closed by an automated process.
- Where a report is credible on its face we may restrict or disable the account and remove the content before the review concludes.
- Relevant records may be preserved rather than deleted, and may be disclosed to a competent authority where the law requires or permits it.
- Your identity is not disclosed to the person you are reporting.
- You will be given a reference number on this page. Keep it.
The full policy, including what is prohibited, what we may do about it, and how long records are kept, is the Child Safety and Child Sexual Exploitation Prevention Policy.

If you would rather write, or if this form does not work for you, email support@actoros.in with “CHILD SAFETY REPORT” in the subject line. The same rule applies: describe it, do not attach it.
If you are signed in to the ActorOS app, you can also report a specific profile, message, post or listing from the item itself, and block the account at the same time.
Requests from courts, police authorities and other competent authorities should follow Child Safety Policy, section 17.
